The minimum investment is 1 LOT (USD 1550) = RM 5030 but shareholders are advice to invest at least 2 LOT (RM 10,060) as VGMC wants to take their shareholders to a higher level.
Any shareholder who invest 1 LOT will be given 90 days of period from date of subscription to topup their investment to 2 LOT.
Please be reminded that this is one time invest, e.g.
You invest 2 lot = 2000units (RM 10,060) by this month then you will get your dividend on the following months until the end of 2015.
Current price now is USD 1.55/units and Virgin Gold Convertible Preferred Share (VGCPS-GOLD) price will be increased by USD0.05 every month from June to December 2012.
The New VG-CPS Offer Price will be:
June 2012 – USD1.55
July 2012 – USD1.60 (current share price per units)
August 2012 – USD1.65
September 2012 – USD1.70
October 2012 – USD1.75
November 2012 – USD1.80
December 2012 – USD1.85

How to register? Go to VGMC website (www.vgmc.com), click on Register then fill in my referrer ID and your details as well.
Once you have register, you will now receives your VGMC ID and temporary password via-email & via-sms.
How to invest? For those who wants to invest by themselves, you can click on Account - Credit Topup
then fill in your bank details and choose either RM 25,000 or RM 50,000. Once submit, you need to follow the steps given from VGMC.
