Latest Updates 5th September 2012 - MENA Mining Show 2012

Dear Shareholders,

Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Mining Show will be held in Dubai from the 21st – 23rd of October 2012.

Virgin Gold had previously intended to be one of the sponsors and participants of MENA 2012 but has recently decided not to participate. This decision is largely based on the following:

1. The Company has no mining interest in the Middle East and/or North Africa.

2. There is a conflict in schedule as events and corporate agendas have already been planned during this period.

With these reasons in hand, Virgin Gold has decided NOT to participate in MENA 2012. However, we do not rule out future participation in similar events.
